Scheduling & cancellation
Private sessions require at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Notice must be submitted through our designated scheduling system or via email.
What happens without timely notice:
- The session may be forfeited
- Partial credit may be issued at APS's discretion
- The full session fee may be charged
APS-initiated changes:
Occasionally we may need to reschedule due to instructor illness, facility issues, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. When that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a makeup opportunity — though we cannot guarantee a specific date or time.
Attendance
- Missed sessions may impact your progress and competitive readiness
- Chronic absences may result in removal from a program without refund
- Late arrivals may result in shortened session time with no makeup or credit
- Advanced programs and competition teams may have additional attendance requirements
Payment
All fees are due in accordance with the payment plan selected at enrollment. Fees may include tuition, session packages, membership fees, camp or workshop registration, materials, and competition preparation fees.
Payment options include upfront payment, installment plans, and automatic recurring billing. By providing a payment method, you authorize APS to charge it for all agreed fees, including recurring membership charges, until cancellation.
Late & failed payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or unpaid:
- Services may be suspended immediately
- Reserved session times may be released
- Late fees or returned-payment fees may be assessed
- Future enrollment may be affected
Please contact APS directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of enrollment:
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Completed sessions are non-refundable
- Camp and workshop fees may become non-refundable after a stated deadline
- Membership fees already billed are non-refundable
- Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds
APS may issue partial credits or account adjustments in exceptional circumstances, at its discretion.
Cancelling your membership or services
You may discontinue services at any time by providing written notice to APS. Membership cancellations require notice before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Outstanding balances remain due regardless of cancellation, and unused prepaid sessions remain subject to expiration and refund limitations.
